May 26, 2020 · The slot on the intermediate shaft is cocked a little left or a little right of being lined up with the crank shaft depending on which tooth I drop it down on but it will not line up exactly in line with the crank shaft. I went with the front of the slot barely pointing toward the passenger side, "little right".

Orange fitech wire is run to the fuel pump. Orange Ron Francis wire is run to coil positive. 3) White Fitech wire plugged into the tan Electric Choke wire (12V when on, but drops to 10V when cranking ) I think this may be the problem, but not sure where else to get the constant 12V from.

Blocked fuel tap : This is a common problem. Remove the fuel tap from the diesel tank and clean the dirty filter (1) which is causing fuel starvation. Remove the tap handle and blow clean with compressed air. Use PTFE(Thread) tape on thread before installing. This is also a symptom of a dirty fuel tank which should be serviced.

I have a 96 Chevy 5.0 cranks but won't start. I don't have any fuel pressure on the fuel rail. I've replaced the spider, coil, ignition module, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, crank sensor, plugs. If I take the core out of the fuel rail where you hook up the pressure tester at it will shoot fuel out, put it back in and still no fuel pressure.

For info 20F is from 20* to 65*. To help starting adjust crank fuel at the temp your trying to correct for. To get an idea which way to go, if by priming twice it starts easier increase the cranking fuel at that temp. Mar 11, 2018 · The tank can be considered empty even with some fuel remaining.
