Multiple visit visas is valid for 1 year with the stay permit in Indonesia for 60 for each visit and is valid only for the purpose of business.

The requirements to apply for multi-visit visa:

1. Complete the application form (please download it here).
2. One colour passport size recent photograph.
3. The original passport, which is valid at least 18 months.
4. Copy of the stay permit/permesso di soggiorno (for foreigners living in Italy).
5. A letter of recommendation/invitation letter from the country of origin or guarantee of the availability of funds to cover living expenses whiles the applicants in Indonesia.
6. Authorization letter from the Indonesian Immigration office
7. Visa fee €. 75 + €. 5 = €. 80
